Sensorial Training

All learning takes place through our senses: touching, holding, feeling, tasting, seeing, smelling, and listening.  In the Sensorial area children isolate each of these senses allowing them to hone them.  They learn to discriminate between different sizes, weights, shapes, smells, colors and sounds.  As they become more familiar with the materials many children enjoy the challenge of completing these tasks blindfolded.
